Dit album, uitgebracht in 2007, bevat een mix van heavymuziek en melodieuze elementen, kenmerkend voor de stijl van de band. De productie is degelijk en het album omvat zowel agressieve als ingetogen passages. *Holding a Wolf by the Ears* werd ontvangen als een solide bijdrage binnen het genre, zonder grote verrassingen of afwijkingen van de bekende sound van From Autumn to Ashes.

This record is also the only one without the band’s original lead vocalist Ben Perri. As part of our ongoing collaboration with Vagrant Records – in celebration of their 25th anniversary – we’re pressing this record to vinyl for the very first time, released almost 15 years to the day since it’s original release. Record is pressed in a stunning orange / white / blue tri-colour striped colourway, includes lyric sheet insert, and is packaged in a hand-numbered outer sleeve.
